Did you know kiwi is a high source of vitamin C, outperforming oranges and other citrus two to one? Blended with pears, which are just coming in season, this recipe has just the right amount of sweetness to make it a summer winner.
4-1/2 ounce – weight fresh honeydew ¼” dice
4-3/4 ounce – weight fresh cantaloupe ¼” dice
2-5/8 ounce – weight red seedless grapes
5 ounce – weight fresh pears ¼” dice
5-2/3 ounce – weight fresh kiwi ¼” dice
2 ounce – weight golden raisins
3 tablespoons – fresh lemon juice
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate.
