Judith Rogers Fruiterman
Interim Executive Director, Maryville
Judith Rogers assumed the role of Interim Executive Director in Maryville in December, 2017. Judith is an experienced health care executive who most recently served in a number of senior leadership positions at Holy Cross Hospital, a 445-bed not-for-profit acute-care hospital, caring for over 192,000 patients each year in the Washington, DC/Maryland metropolitan area. Her roles at Holy Cross included serving as President, Senior Vice President of Operations and Vice President Patient Care Services/Chief Nurse Executive. During Judith’s tenure at Holy Cross, the hospital was recognized nationally for high quality and innovative healthcare.

Carolyn Neil is a registered nurse and licensed nursing home administrator with a 28-year career leading health care teams and organizations.
Carolyn has a Master’s degree in public health, health planning administration (4.0 GPA), University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Tennessee, 2003 and a Bachelor's degree in nursing, Berea College, Berea, Kentucky, 1983.
